In Victoria, RSA training is mandatory for anyone selling, offering, or serving alcohol under the following liquor licences: general, on-premises, late-night, or packaged liquor. Students will receive a statement of attainment for SITHFAB021 as well as a certificate of completion from Liquor Control Victoria. RSA is valid for 3 years and then requires a free refresher course after that.

Friday 15th May, 12:15pm- 3:15pm

Accredited as ‘SITXFSA005’, this course holds national recognition. A food handler is defined as anyone engaged within a food business, interacting with food or surfaces that may grace its presence—think cutlery, plates, and bowls. This course has a practical component which will involve making a club sandwich—perfect for lunch
