Students will receive a statement of attainment for SITHFAB021 as well as a certificate of completion from Liquor Control Victoria. 8:45am-11:45am
Accredited as ‘SITXFSA005’, this course holds national recognition. A food handler is defined as anyone engaged within a food business, interacting with food or surfaces that may grace its presence—think cutlery, plates, and bowls. This course has a practical component which will be making a club sandwich- perfect for lunch. 12:15pm-3:15pm.
